Tuesday 14th September 2021, Sittingbourne, UK: Affinitus, the market leading provider of business management software solutions for the fresh produce, food, and horticulture industries, today announces further product enhancements for its Growmaster horticulture nursery management solution.
Continuously evolving its ERP solutions in response to customer and industry requirements, Affinitus have added several further key enhancements to the Growmaster EPOS Module.
The Growmaster EPOS Module has been approved for integration with PaymentSense Card Terminals meaning Growmaster users can now use PaymentSense wireless payment machines to take customer card payments, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, seamlessly via their EPOS terminals.
Integration via the PaymentSense API means the Growmaster solution will automatically push the £ amount to be paid information to the payment machines, via the PaymentSense cloud, removing the need for the amount due to be re-keyed. This provides a seamless, faster experience for both Growmaster users and for their customers removing the possibility of manual input errors in transaction amounts.
In addition, the Growmaster EPOS functionality has been further enhanced to enable users to perform an item price-check or a stock query, directly from the EPOS terminal.
Other Growmaster EPOS Module enhancements announced today include the ability to add a definitive start and end date to promotional Multi-Buy Pricing. And Growmaster EPOS users can now set orders flagged for collection to be received via the EPOS Terminals. By doing this the invoice is automatically generated.
Commenting on the new Growmaster solution enhancements, Paul Hardy, Affinitus CEO, said, “Since welcoming the Growmaster horticulture solution into the Affinitus family in 2019, we have actively supported the continuous development of the solution to meet customer and industry requirements. The EPOS enhancements announced today are the latest customer requested refinements in an ongoing roadmap of developments planned over the next months and years. We will continue to seek feedback and engage our user base on that journey with us to ensure they have the opportunity to influence future developments to reflect their needs and wants”.
